Current Open Positions:

Behavior Therapist:

We offer full and part time Masters level positions for those with a license in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work and related fields. Independent licensure (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, etc.) is preferred but supervision is available for non-independent, licensed individuals. Minimum commitment of 10 client hours per week is required and the option to increase to full-time is available. A majority of therapy is provided in the clients' homes, so local travel is required. Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is desired. We offer intensive, clinical support and Autism specific training to all clinicians.

Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Specialist:

We offer full and part-time ABA Specialist positions to provide services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. The position requires at least two years of ABA experience and at least one of the following: BCaBA or RBT certification and enrolled in a BCBA program, BCBA certification, a Master's level degree and enrolled in a BCBA program, or Master's level independent licensure in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work. The ABA Specialist is responsible for: providing ABA Assessments, treatment plans and progress reports, training families on ABA implementation strategies and will supervise the direct service providers (Registered Behavior Technicians). All services are provided in client's homes and appropriate community settings.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

We offer full and part-time RBT positions. RBTs are responsible for providing ABA services to children and adults in their homes and community settings, so local travel is required. Bridges provides paid training and certification to become an RBT. A minimum of high school diploma is required. Previous experience with Autism is preferred.
